A Mild-Mannered Reporter: Two sides to the story

I’m pretty excited for Going Rogue . Part of that is kind of inevitable — I write a column about City of Heroes , I’ve tried to make a clear point that I’m a fan of comics in general, and quite honestly right now I’m in a bit of a video game drought and could use something new. But there’s more to it than that, and it goes right back to my love of BioWare and the motivation to do speed runs of Silent Hill 2 just to see all of the various endings available.

Twilight 8-bit Interactive Game

There can be too much of a good thing.  Then, there can be too much of Twilight.  That tween blowhard bullshit (in any amount) makes me want to poke my damn eyes out.  I will only post this under one condition: it’s a really cool interactive choose-your-own adventure game on Youtube.  Sure, we’ve seen things like this before, but Youtube user TheStation went through the trouble and care to turn it into an 8-bit video game, complete with music and typed out dialog.  Enjoy! Vuvuzela Weapon Unlocked In Doom II

With the world entranced by the FIFA World Cup these days, it’s hard to get the sound of those damn vuvuzelas out of your head.  We hear their distinct sound in every World Cup match we watch, the highlight reels on the news, and even in our favorite video games?  Wait… What!?  You see, apparently someone was able to unlock the secret vuvuzela weapon in the classic video game DOOM II.  Check out the video below for annoying vuvuzela demon carnage.  I really think those monsters are just bowling over because they are so annoyed and don’t want to live anymore.

WRC Hands-On

Italian developer Milestone is taking on the official World Rally Championship game, and we got to play it for the first time at E3 2010. Since it last appeared in 2006 on the PlayStation Portable, the World Rally Championship hasn’t been represented in video game form for quite some time. Now, developer Milestone of SBK fame is stepping up with a new game for the PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.

Ubisoft annonce Michael Jackson Video Game
