NCsoft’s Aion and City of Heroes may get more press here in the States, but the workhorse of the Korean MMORPG maker’s worldwide stable continues to be Lineage II . The long-running fantasy title is gearing up for yet another substantial update, with the much-anticipated Freya patch scheduled to hit the public test server on July 29th.

Daniel Chin, community and content manager, explains that they want the fans to be a part of things: “We’ve got some of the best fans in the gaming industry and we didn’t want them to feel left out of E3, which is an industry-only show, so we’re going to hang out at the booth and shoot some of the exciting stuff going on during Nexon’s first E3 experience.” The videos will feature gameplay, interviews, audience response, and more to give fans a taste of everything going on with Nexon at E3. They’ll be posted on the Facebook pages for Dungeon Fighter Online and Vindictus , as well as the YouTube channels for both games .

We’re only about a week out from the first patch to Global Agenda , but Hi-Rez Studios has been hard at work in their super-secret laboratory (only slightly less secret than that) producing new content for the game. Patch 1.2 has already gone to the test server for experimentation and stress testing, and it expands the Alliance vs.

In just two days, Lord of the Rings Online players will be treated to a great chunk of new content in Book 1: Oath of the Rangers — and of course, we got a sneak peek ! In the meantime, players are finishing up story arcs, or running new alt characters through familiar lands such as the beautiful spot we see above.
